Broadband solid state power amplifier provides 20W across the range of
4.0 GHz to 6.1 GHz. All housed in a miniature 3.9 cubic inch enclosure.

As part of the NuPower^TM series of power amplifiers, the NW-SSPA-20W-4.0-6.1 provides 43dB of gain to generate 20W of output power across the wide range of 4 GHz to 6.1 GHz. It's performance and small form factor makes it an ideal candidate for critical RF systems requiring high reliability and reduced size.
